I cannot uninstall Absolutely On-line

You probably uninstalled the program while it was still running. Windows is not
able to delete a file while it is executed, so the uninstall failed. You need to execute
the following steps to succesfully uninstall the program:

1. Check if Absolutely On-line is running. If it's running a small bulb icon is in your
tray bar. Double click it to restore the program's window and close it.

2. Now install the program again in the same directory where you installed it the first
time. This is required to restore the uninstall data. Finally, uninstall the program again.
This will completely remove the program.

Never reboot your computer during this process.
